Sonourge Story With Ieshad - Chapter 11The next morning, Scourge was fast asleep, off in his own little world when his ear perked to the distant sound of something that Scourge really didn't want to hear. He could make out the distant sound of crying. Scourge opened his eyes and sat up, his vision slightly blurry and he looked round for the source of the crying. The sound was coming from the bathroom. Scourge quickly got up and headed to the bathroom, his ear perking when the crying got louder. He quickly threw open the door and was greeted with the same sight and scent from the past few days - Sonic curled up in the corner and the smell of vomit.
Only one thing was different.
Sonic had his arms wrapped around his midsection, his eyes clenched shut in pain as he cried, whimpering in pure agony.
Scourge quickly went to Sonic's side, kneeling down and trying to calm him down. “Sonic, Sonikku? Are you alright? What's the matter?”
"It hurts... It hurts..." blue whined, crying harder as he gripped his stomach.
Sonourge Story With Ieshad - Chapter 9 It was late at night and Sonic was just getting off of work. He worked at a 24 hour pharmacy and his shift had just ended. He yawned as he made his way down the street, his house only a few blocks down the road.
The only problem is that he didn't like it when his boss had him working the night shift because not only was he NOT a night person, but there were all kinds of crooks and thugs lurking around in the shadows. Plus, he'd heard that some people get snatched up at night and are found days later.... Having been raped and killed.
He shuddered at the thought and quietly picked up his pace.
His ears perked when he heard a sonic boom come from somewhere behind him, he didn't even need to turn round as a green blur shot past him, almost knocking him over.
"Hey, watch it!!" He shouted to whoever that was. He thought only he could move that fast.
“Sorry Blue!” came the reply, the green blur stopping suddenly revealing the troublemaker to be someone who Sonic really didn't
Sonourge Story With Ieshad - Chapter 8The next morning, Scourge awoke to find himself alone on the couch. He sat up and looked round, seeing the blanket in a heap in the floor he instantly realised where his mate had disappeared to. He went upstairs and just like he thought, he found Sonic in the bathroom, this time sitting on the edge of the tub as he tried to brush his teeth - the smell of vomit and the fatigued looked was back.
Scourge sighed heavily as he opened the door further. “I know you've been throwing up Sonic..”
Sonic blinked before lowering his gaze to the bathroom floor.
Removing his toothbrush from his mouth, he wiped the foam from his lips and mumbled. "....I thought I was getting better..."
“You can't keep trying to hide it from me love.” Scourge said as he sat next to his poor Uke on the side of the tub. “If this doesn't lift up, we'll go to the doctors...”
"No!" Sonic said, moving away from; him looking scared. "Please don't take me there. You know I don't like the doc
Sonourge Story - Chapter 7 Previously...
'there's actually people in this world called 'hermaphrodites'. They can either be a 'chick with a stick' or a 'guy with the goods'.'
'He may be male on the outside, but he's female on the inside...'
'Could it be that Sonic just so happens to be one of those kinds of people? A hermaphrodite? And he just doesn't know it?' Scourge thought. 'it could be possible...'
'And if he is... Then that means...' Arctic eyes widened as Scourge realized why Sonic was acting the way he was. “Sonic's pregnant!”
The green male nearly fell off of his chair in shock.
“I'm overreacting... Sonic can't be pregnant!” Scourge told himself. “He's just... Just...” he sighed heavily as he rested his head on the table.
“Scourge?” Then came Sonic's quiet voice, startling the other. He quickly looked round and saw Sonic standing by the stairway, a blanket wrapped tightly round him as he shivered.
“Sonic?” said male said as he
Sonourge Story - Chapter 6The next morning came quick with the sound of heavy rain and loud thunder. Scourge was snapped awake by a loud clap of thunder.
“Jesus Christ that was loud...” Scourge panted, running his fingers through his quills.
But when he looked to his side, Sonic was gone.
“Sonic?” Scourge questioned, looking round the room frantically.
He looked till he saw the light on in the bathroom, seeing his uke's shadow move beneath the partially closed door. He could hear a pained groan coming from inside.
“Sonic?” Scourge called louder as he got up and went to the bathroom door. “Are you okay babe?”
He opened the door to see the smaller male slumped against the corner of the bath tub, sitting on the cold tile floor - his fur drenched in sweat, his eyes closed, and his breathing irregular as he shivered. Plus there was the unmistakeable scent of vomit in the room even though the toilet had been flushed.
“Sonikku?” Scourge breathed, moving to kn
Sonourge Story - Chapter 5When Sonic woke up he was met with the sound of his mate laughing and shouting curses along with some names. Sonic quickly figured out that Scourge was probably playing with his friends on the latest video-game that he had recently bought; and after a quick shower and a brush to his quills, he quietly made his way downstairs.
“Oh come on! You stole my kill you little shit!” Scourge shouted down the microphone to a smirking Shadow. “What do you mean it was your kill Stripes?! That was my kill fair and square! You were on the other side of the fucking map!”
"Hi, Shadow." Sonic waved to Shadow on the screen, having snuck up behind his boyfriend.
Shadow waved back and snickered when he saw Scourge jump in shock at Sonic's voice.
Scourge looked up at Sonic, slightly pissed off. “How long have you been stood there Babe?”
Sonic smiled innocently. "Long enough to see Shadow take your kill."
Scourge grumbled to himself as Shadow nearly fell off the chair laug
Abandoned ChapelThe parish waits now,
the loneliness of corners
crawling outward on walls--
chipped away by the wind,
and held together
by silk spindles;
cobwebs align them like the membranes of memories,
the cut of a jewel in an broken window
against the sun
where beads of rain
gather in a mesh of strands
a new Mosaic
against the backdrop of a cemetery;
My eyes seek out the sermon
in close proximity,
paint no distance
between headstone and cloud;
elegies topple each other
in their climb to heaven
as light trickles
over the shade,
breathes a new glow over snuffed candles.
I feel the weight in these empty rows,
how a breath couldn't cease to be breath
in the midst of prayer.
